We do not offer technical support for community users of SciChart.js. However, we do have the following resources for you:

As Commercial Trial

If you are a commercial organisation requiring support during evaluation to see if SciChart.js meets your needs, this is something we can offer on a sales-qualified basis.

Q: What if I find a bug?

So you found a bug in SciChart.js? OK! Please report this using one of the following channels:

• Community Forums  - create a new Question prefixed "Bug Report: "
• SciChart.js Discord - use the bug-reports channel

Reporting Bugs the Right Way 

1. You must include the library version you are using & what browser if applicable

2. Code to reproduce the bug or issue. Preferably in a codepen or Github repo

3. Any relevant screenshots or video 

4. A clear description of the problem (e.g. expected vs. actual behaviour)

Our team will investigate and address reported bugs. Your input helps us create a more reliable product!
