Q: I need to purchase developer licenses of SciChart. How do I do this?
The store allows you to purchase 1 year subscriptions for standard SciChart licenses. If you need a site license, or which to take advantage of multi-year discounts, please contact sales@scichart.com
1. You can purchase directly on our website, at www.store.scichart.com. Click on the Buy-Now button for the product you wish to purchase.
2. Select number of licenses, SciChart is licensed per developer, see SciChart Licensing FAQ
3. Select "I am a reseller" if you are a purchaser or reseller, this allows you to enter separate purchaser / end-user fields
4. Select Secure Check out
THEN you are redirected to FastSpring (BrightMarket LLC).
5. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the box as shown below and click "Update Coupon"
6. Fill in your name, email, and address in the Order Details Section
7. Select the payment method, e.g. Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfer or Purchase Order, WebMoney
Click Next
8. Check the product & quantity you have entered, and ensure you have entered your VAT ID to reclaim VAT (if you are a EU based company).
9. If you chose to pay by credit card, enter your card details here
10. Check the box as shown to agree to the payment processor terms and conditions. By purchasing you are also agreeing to the SciChart EULA. Then click ‘Complete Order’ to process the payment (if Credit Card), or register the order (if Wire Transfer / Purchase Order).
Licenses emailed immediately after payment received. Invoices emailed as well, or found here.
