Once you have navigated to the store, simply select the product you are looking to purchase by clicking "buy now". You can select the various tabs to switch between individual and bundle products, configure the term, and view the per month, per developer pricing for a single developer on toggle. If you're unsure which license you need, you can use the LicensingBot in the bottom right hand corner or contact us directly.

Once you've clicked "buy now" on the main store you'll be taken to the configure page. Here you can select the number of developers and see the various discounts applied, price per developer per month, and the total price for the term selected. Once you're happy, select "Get a quote".

The web store will now take you to the Quote stage of the order, splitting off from Checkout. Complete the webform with your information. If you have an account, you can login at the top of the page.

For new purchases, new account holders, or resellers without an account, you can create account directly from the web form. Enter your email address here to create your account and link your quote to it. You can also signify if you are a purchaser or a reseller and specify a different license owner. Once complete, enter in your project sector, and project information. This helps us differentiate between departments in our enterprise or multinational customers as well as help reference your project later via our support desk. Then click "Request A Quote" to proceed. Any errors with the web form will be flagged at the top of the page.

This will then complete the quote process. Your quote will be saved to your account, and further instructions for account set up will be sent to your email, as will your quote. You can download a copy of the quote here, view it online, and accept to complete a purchase.

Congratulations, you've self-quoted using the SciChart web store. You can create multiple quotes and update your quotes using the same pathway.

If you need any assistance, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to help.
