Where can I find a Sales Invoice?

If you have purchased SciChart Licenses via our e-commerce partner, FastSpring (the default from www.store.scichart.com) and you need a sales invoice for accountancy purposes, you can find this online. You will need your Order ID which you received when you ordered SciChart. This should be in your email
Next copy and paste this URL into your browser, adding your Order ID to the end https://sites.fastspring.com/abtsoftware/order/invoice/ + Your Order ID
You should be able to view your invoice online. Finally, if you print the invoice, or print to PDF you can retain a copy for your records. Please note, we retain one invoice per OrderID and only for those which have been executed on FastSpring, our online e-commerce provider. If you have ordered from a reseller, or from ABT Software Services Ltd directly, then you will need to contact them to receive an invoice. See Also | |
